1. Have a big feast to commemorate the Last Supper on Maundy Thursday
2. Make a pact to give up bad habits for Lent (this could be your big chance to cut down on caffiene!)
3. Host a pancake feast on Shrove Tuesday
4. Hold a good ol’ fashioned easter egg scavenger hunt
5. Put on a special Easter youth service at your church
6. Get your group to re-enact the events of easter
7. Wake up early for a dawn Communion service on Easter Sunday
8. Have a musical concert
9. Host an art exhibition – check out one ‘Stations of the Cross’ exhibition online www.cityside.org.nz (if you’re in Auckland you can take your group to see this year’s exhibition at Cityside Baptist Church)
